These General Conditions and Internal Rules apply to all guests of:

The guest(s):
All natural or legal persons staying, having stayed or wishing to stay at Auberge SeaFever. All natural or legal persons with a valid booking for a present, past or future stay Auberge SeaFever.

The General Conditions and Internal Rules apply at the time of the booking request for a stay at Auberge SeaFever through our website www.aubergeseafever.com or through any other intermediary or booking platform (Airbnb, Booking or others). The General Conditions and Internal Rules are subject to changes at any time without prior notice.

Guests of Auberge SeaFever are requested to comply with these General Conditions and Internal Rules. These General Conditions and Internal Rules can be consulted on our website at www.aubergeseafever.com.

In the event of violation of these general conditions and/or internal rules or in the event of inappropriate behavior, the owners may prohibit, with immediate effect, access to Auberge SeaFever, and this, without any other form of notice and without reimbursement of accommodation costs.

General conditions and internal rules

Safety and environment
Access to the premises of Auberge SeaFever are reserved exclusively for registered guests.

No visitors are allowed.
No animals are allowed on the premises of Auberge SeaFever.
All rooms including bedrooms at Auberge SeaFever are 100% smoke-free.
Personal valuables must be stored in the safes at all times.
Exterior access doors must be locked at all times.
Bedroom doors must be locked during guests’ absence.
Bedroom balcony doors must be locked at all times.
Any damage or theft of any personal item or any damage or theft of Auberge SeaFever’s belongings must be reported immediately.
Loss or theft of keys must be reported immediately.
A fee of Rs 5000 will apply in case of loss or theft of keys.
We kindly ask you to treat the furniture with respect during your stay.
Never hesitate to report any suspicious person or activity to us.
Auberge SeaFever is accessible 24 hours a day during your stay.

Indoor and outdoor spaces
The interior and exterior spaces of Auberge SeaFever are described on our website at www.aubergeseafever.com.
Our website is built with the greatest care. There might be differences between the text and photos presented on the website and the current situation of Auberge SeaFever.
Should there be any differences between the current situation at Auberge SeaFever and our website, no rights can be derived from these differences.

Prices
Our rates can be viewed on our website at www.aubergeseafever.com.
These rates are communicated without engagement and subject to price changes without prior notice.
Rates include a stay for 2 guests per room.
No price reduction will be granted for single occupancy of the rooms.
Rates include a continental breakfast for 2 guests per room.
No price reduction will be granted if only one or no breakfast is consumed during the stay.
A minimum stay of 2 nights applies at all times.

Booking and Confirmation
A booking request can only be made via our website at www.aubergeseafever.com.
The General Conditions and Internal Rules come into force at the time of the booking request.
The total cost of the stay at Auberge SeaFever is payable at the time of the booking request.
Upon receipt of the total cost of the stay, Auberge SeaFever will send you a confirmation of your stay by email.
The booking becomes final for both parties when the stay confirmation is sent by Auberge SeaFever.

Payment
Payments are made by credit card on our website at www.aubergeseafever.com.
Failure to receive the total cost of your stay will result in the automatic cancellation of thebooking request.

Cancellation / Amendments / No-show - Standard Rate Bookings
Booking cancellations or amendments made more than 30 days before arrival are free of charge.
50% of the total amount of the stay will be charged in the event of cancellations or amendments 15 to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
100% of the total amount of the stay will be charged in the event of cancellations or amendments 15 days or less before the scheduled arrival or in case of no-show.
A stay started and then shortened will not allow for any form of refund.
To benefit from a refund, if applicable, the cancellation or modification must be made in writing to the address: [email protected]
If applicable, the refund minus the bank charges paid by Auberge SeaFever will be made within 14 days of the cancellation or modification.
If applicable, the refund minus the bank charges paid by Auberge SeaFever will be on the credit card used to pay for the original booking.
We recommend that our guests purchase cancellation insurance and/or travel insurance to avoid any inconvenience.

Cancellation / Modification / No-show - Bookings made at promotional and/ non-refundable rates
Bookings made at promotional and/ non-refundable rates are non-refundable.
Bookings made at promotional rates cannot be modified.
100% of the total amount of the booked stay will be charged in case of no-show.
A stay started and then shortened will not allow for any form of refund.

Arrival and departure
Presentation of a valid passport or valid government ID is mandatory for admission to Auberge SeaFever.
On the arrival day, the reserved room will be available for check-in between 3:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.
Any arrival before the scheduled check-in time, i.e. 3:00 p.m., must be subject to prior written approval from Auberge SeaFever.
No arrival or luggage drop-off is possible before 09:00 a.m.
On the departure day, check-out must be completed by 10:00 am.

Breakfast
A continental breakfast for 2 guests per room will be served between 8:30 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. Breakfast is included in the accommodation costs.
No price reduction is granted for single occupancy of the rooms.
No price reduction will be granted if only one or no breakfast is consumed during the stay.
Single occupancy of the rooms does not allow for extra breakfast consumption.

Your stay at Auberge SeaFever
Please respect the peacefulness of Auberge SeaFever and avoid any noise between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.
This rule applies to all interior and exterior spaces, terraces and balconies included.
Please have consideration for other guests during your stay.
Radio, television, mobile phones, computers and other sound sources may not, under any circumstances, disturb other customers.
Wi-Fi is available and free at Auberge SeaFever.
Use of the Internet and personal devices during the stay is the sole responsibility of the guests.
Illegal downloading is prohibited, as are punishable and immoral activities via the Internet.
At Auberge SeaFever, we are committed to our planet and recognize the importance of responsible management of our resources. For this reason, we invite you to make a conscious use of water.
Air conditioning is available daily between 6:00 p.m. and 11:00 a.m.

Public liability
Auberge SeaFever, SeaFever Co Ltd, its owners and/or beneficiaries cannot be held liable for any personal injury resulting from your stay nor can they be held liable for any damage, loss or theft of guests' properties. In the event of a dispute, all (legal) costs are borne by the guests.
All risks associated with a stay at Auberge SeaFever are the responsibility of the guests.
Auberge SeaFever, is not responsible for disturbances in and around the accommodation, such as power failure, disturbances in the water supply or other installations, construction or road works near the accommodation.

Complaints, differences of opinion
We make every effort to resolve complaints reported to us in a timely manner to the best of our abilities.

Force majeure
In the event of force majeure, whether permanent or temporary in nature, the owners have the right to cancel bookings, terminate contracts in whole or in part or temporarily suspend them without the guest(s) ability to claim any right of execution and/or compensation.
By force majeure, we mean (non-exhaustive list): epidemics, pandemics, risk of war, war, insurrection, abuse, strikes, boycotts, disruptions in the energy circuit , in traffic or transport, measures emanating from the authorities, shortage of raw materials, natural disasters and, in addition, all circumstances, extraordinary weather conditions, the death of one of the owners or a member of his immediate family, or any other circumstances in which the total or partial execution of the contract cannot be reasonably demanded of the owners.

Personal data and privacy
The personal data provided to Auberge SeaFever will be treated confidentially by the owners and will never be made available to third parties.
